Concord Manor is 15 minutes from Liberty University, 20 minutes to Lynchburg College, 25 minutes to Sweetbriar College, and 35 minutes to Longwood University, Hampden-Sydney College, and Farmville, Va so please come stay with us for alumni weekend.



Rental Rates:

Rates are per person, and based on length of stay. Best rate is 7 night stay. Base rate for 3 night or longer stay is $395/night for up to 8 people, 2 night rate starts at $495 night, 1 night stay starts at $695. $25/night per additional person over 8, including non-infant children. $100 cleaning fee, NO TAX on anything!

Add $500 fully refundable damage deposit to rent total. Rate for guest house is $225/night plus $35 cleaning fee, 2 BR sleeps 6, 1.5 bath, galley kitchen.
